| This is Jon, just letting everyone know I will be starting to blog again- Yes, let the balloons fly & the cheerleaders dance. If you do come across this, allow yourself to truly enjoy the witty banter. | | |
| It's that time of the year again... Yes, that's right, I hear Christmas songs in the stores & colorful decorations everywhere I go...the holiday season is here!!! YAY!!! I love love love the holidays. Jon thinks I'm a freak because on my lunch I stop by the craft stores to buy ribbons and garlands to decorate the gifts, oh don't get me started on the decorations in the house . Anyway, work has been extremely busy and the wedding planning is rolling along. We're going to meet a potential photographer/videographer tomorrow night after work, can't wait. So Thanksgiving is around a week away, what do you have to be thankful for? My mom and I were talking this afternoon and I told her that this holiday season would be the last one that I would be legally "single", by next year I'm a married woman, Mrs. Nguyen-Krystafik (it bugs Jon when I hyphenate my last name with his) hehe... | | |
| It's that time again.... - Tomorrow will be the first weekend of football; therefore, my fiancee will be MIA for the next 3 months or so until the season is over..
- I forgot that basketball will begin somewhere between the football season...
- Baseball will follow...the cycle never stops! Our schedule will be based on the games...

The wedding is coming along...we're going to the cake testing next Saturday, can't wait...yummers! I know Jon will have a good time there. It's so funny how things have changed, I was looking at myspace pages for people who I've known in high school and they're so funny...a lot of them just end up in the strangest places and doing the weirdest things. Six years ago I would never imagined that today my priorities are planning a wedding and becoming the best wife for Jon. I never pictured myself to be the committed type, let alone getting married. I guess you just need to break free of the usual cycle and meet new people and experience new things, this actually makes me miss college a lot. I am starting to miss my parents and beginning to rely on my future husband for all the support and guidance in life...I can't wait for marriage life, it'll be so awesome (all the fights & makeup sessions). Anyway, enough of my ranting, as for the chocolate fountain....we've decided that we're getting it!!! It'll cost us some money, but it'll give everyone a sugar high at our wedding!!!
| I figured I should keep track of the details of our wedding on here so just in case anyone of our friends or members of the bridal party can be updated. We've set the wedding for July 19, 2008!!! YAY!!! - The ceremony will be held at St. Callistus
- The reception will be held at The Catch Restaurant in Anaheim.
- Best man: Juan Maid of honor: Ashley
- Groomsmen: Jeff & Nick Bridesmaids: Theresa & Maria
- Ring bearer: Thomas Flower girl: Cat Tien
Can someone give me some opinion on a chocolate fountain? We are still debating if we should get one, since we already have a 4 tier cake...but then again, chocolate fountain with unlimited dipping is sooo fun. For those who read this, just let me know what you think. Thanks! More details to follow, I must go to bed now...
| So I guess it's time for me to update the page. I keep telling myself that I should update this more often but so many things get in the way. To start off I'm so excited that I will be starting at my new company next Wednesday! I enjoy doing HR and there are so many opportunities for me to move around in this company. Another good thing is that I will get HR guidance from people who are much more experienced in the field. On a side note, guess who will be going to the Michael Buble concert....it's ME!!! Jon knew how much I wanted to see Michael Buble so he got the tickets for us, thanks babe for so sweet eventhough you won't enjoy it as much! It's going to be so fun...a nice August night at the Greek, listening to Michael Buble and being with my future husband...what a great way to end summer, can't wait. Well, I gotta go get some sleep, more work to do tomorrow. | | |
